Finally have i set some dates for shooting etc, got my mind out from the pics i have been retouching, have not slept yet.... but 4/6 of them are done so its worth it.

My two cents....in short
One thing i have realized when i have been here in bangkok is that you always is given a choose in life, you determine how great your life is.
All the problems you feel about your self and your feelings toward others is all based from you and your mind, you can control it.
So many things have been cleared up about what i should do about my carrier and i am so glad that its clear what i have to do.
Love having "to do" lists, its like a mission, and when u have done it all, u can rest and feel that u have done what you should have.
Anyway, love peace and understandings, spread love not hate!

Lunch break in the shoot.
Woke up this morning and i just realized what i seriously hate, seriously fucking hate, Photographers that fucks the models....
Its these fuckers that bring down the whole fucking reputation of us photographers. And yeas of course there is photographers that do this and its fucking pathetic, its the only way they can fuck..... Fucking losers, they are the guys that seriously don´t know how to shoot pictures, they only do it because they wanna fuck the models.
And its so fucking unprofessional.
And i don´t write this, because i cant fuck the models, thats not a problem for me if i would like to, but i think its fucking out of the question, because it is so fucking unprofessional.
Fuck u guys!

Dont got so much time for uppdates rightnow, because im prepping for a hell of a Hell month.
Me and Tom are doing a hell month, that means the following:
Gym 3 times a week.
Muy Thai 3 times a week
No sugar
Eating every 3e houre.
No Carbs after 16:00
Run 1 mile everyday.
So right now, im prepping for that.

Finaly..im starting to get i shape
Finaly im getting in shape, i feel that my body has not been mine for a looong while.
Like i was in a body that was not mine....hate that feeling, but now am starting to see results of all the training i put in.
I realy love my gym here in bangkok, true fitness has such a good looking location and the gym is just amasing.
Back to work and reality now, got the power back in my house so i have to move all my stuff back in now.

BAD DAY
Had one of the worst days of my life yesterday.
First the shoot in singapore got postponed and then the power, water and internet got cut of in my house because Great media had forgot to pay the bills...
So i ended upp sleeping on the office floor..
Lets just hope today is a better day...

Just got an email from a friend of my so thats why this post is in english.
He is a reader of my blogg and wanted me to share what i cant travel without and why i cant be without it, so i decided that i was going to post a blog about it.
So right off the bat, there is 4 things i cant travel without:
1.My Ipod.
-This is simple, i love music and since i was i kid i was walking around the school yard with the sony walkman playing all kinds of shit.
And when i travel, i usually travel for a long time, so it makes time fly much faster.
2. BlackBerry
Yea, i am a crackberry addict, love it.
Where ever i am i can read my email and get back to people directly so they don´t have to wait until im at the office, as well as i have a shit load of pictures in it from when i travel.
If i dont have it or if im using a regular phone like a nokia, i feel handicapped.
Its my office outside of the office.
3. MacBook Pro
This is one of the most essential pieces of equipment that i use.
I retouch, email, plan the shoots and do the story boards etc etc.
As well as when i sit on the plane, i usually watch some movies or right now, its Entourage thats spinning on the mac.
4. Canon 5D
Yea, this is the most important pieces of equipment that i use when i work.
As i photographer, this is my baby and im so overprotective of it. Always cheek it in as a handbag when i fly and let i sit in my lap so it wont break.
So thats how i travel, kind of light but thats all i need.

Får mycket skit nu från alla håll och kanter att jag inte bloggar mera, så det ska bli en förändring med det nu, eller jag ska försöka förbättra mej nu.
Tänkte börja slänga in mera skidor i mixen, överhuvudtaget extrem-sporten då det ligger mej nära i hjärtat, speciellt att jibba med skidor.
Men kommer nog inte hålla det om jag ska vara ärlig då detta är i mina ögon en fotoblogg.
Ska försöka inhandla en pocket kamera nu så jag kan ta lite mera "Behinde the sceens" bilder, men först måste jag iväg och köpa 5 Nintendo DS spel till min lille bror som jag lovade honom....
Men kommer nog inte hinna blogga så mycket denna vecka då jag är super stressad inför den kommande plåtningen på lördag i Singapore. Sitter just nu och fin justerar storyboarden för plåtningen, samt letar mera inspirations bilder för denna och kommande plåtningar.
